- If you don’t know what to do after a road accident or after the damage assessment, which was carried out by insurance company;
- If the insurance company refuses to cover completely damage and to make restitution;

Refusing to pay insurance payment, the insurance company is obliged to prove the circumstances, exempting it from payment of insurance compensation (the Supreme Court of Lithuania).
